2018 AGA Players Cup Championship
Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club will again play host the end-of-year AGA Players Cup Championship. Come join the AGA TOUR for 36-holes of top competition, and a fun-filled evening of delicious food & games! The Big Wick Golf Course was voted “Number 1 in the Top 25 U.S. Courses Rated by Conditions” by Golf Advisor (2017) & is consistently ranked a top-5 course in Arizona.
In 2017, Trevor Lampson won the Open Division; Brad Wayment captured the Masters; Jeff New took home the Senior Division trophy; & Tim Blau was the Legends Champion.

TPA PLAYER ENTRY: TPA Members ONLY will have the ability to register until Sept 5th. Registration will open to all AGA Membership beginning Sept. 6; entry fee: $250
FORMAT: Max of 100 players competing in a 36-hole stroke play Championship within AGA DIVISIONS: Open - 30 players
Masters (age 40-49) - 10 players
Senior (age 50-59) - 25 players
Super Senior (age 60-69) – 25 players
Legends (age 70+) - 10 players

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds available beginning October 26

LI’L WICK WATERING HOLE DINNER & GAMES: The Li’l Wick Watering Hole is truly a uniquely awesome dining experience and players will enjoy some fantastic barbeque following the first round. Hang around and compete in the Li’l Wick Short Course games – bring your wedges!
PLAYERS CUP TOWN HALL MEETING: In conjunction with the Tournament Cookout, the Tournament Committee will lead a Town Hall Meeting. This is an opportunity for players to provide input and voice their opinions of ways to improve the AGA Tournament Program.
CADDIES: Caddies are permitted for the Championship. They must walk at all times unless there is an available seat in one of the players carts. Any non-player riding in a player’s cart is considered the player’s caddie.
Spectator carts are not permitted for insurance reasons, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pull carts are permitted as long as not in conflict with the Host Club rules.
GOLF CART USE: Players may walk but are permitted to ride in carts and cart fees are covered in the tournament entry fee. Carts will be staged near the practice facilities each morning of the competition. Maximum of two carts per group and maximum of two riders per cart. Click here for AGA's complete golf cart policy.
DRIVING RANGE: Practice balls will be available on the range prior to play on Saturday and Sunday at Wickenburg Ranch - Big Wick Golf Course starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. on Sunday. The driving range will be closed following play on Saturday.
WITHDRAW POLICY: Prior to the Entry Deadline, players may withdraw from a tournament and receive a full refund by completing the withdraw process on the tournament website, calling the AGA office (602) 944-3035 during normal business hours or calling the Withdraw Line at (602) 944-3035 ext. 210 and leaving a message.
After the Entry Deadline has passed, any withdraw will be considered a “late withdraw”. Tournament entry fees will only be returned if the player’s position in the field is filled by an alternate. In any case, a $30 administrative fee will be deducted from any tournament entry fee refund, regardless of the reason for withdrawing.
